Danielle Pearlman is focused on obtaining real estate tax reductions to minimize property tax liabilities for her clients. Danielle has devoted her career to reducing property taxes through the pursuit of equitable fair market values and applicable incentives for a wide variety of properties throughout the entire state of Illinois.

Area of Legal Concentration

Danielle focuses her practice on obtaining favorable ad valorem property tax assessments for properties located throughout Illinois. Danielle contests real estate tax assessments by filing complaints with the Assessor’s Office, the Board of Review, the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board and in the Circuit Court in the form of specific tax objections. The properties involved cover the entire spectrum of commercial, industrial, multi-family and residential properties. She has won an extensive number of tax reductions and refunds for clients, amounting to savings of millions of dollars in property tax bills. 

In addition to reducing property tax liabilities, Danielle serves on The Young Professional Committee of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and JUF’s Young Women’s City Council.
